Do they serve breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast is served daily with continental, a la carte, vegetarian and halal options, including fresh pastries, warm dishes, juice, cheese and fruit. Breakfast can also be served in the room.
Can I park there?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. There is a parking garage, valet parking and accessible parking spaces.
Is the swimming pool open?
Yes. The outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop, free to use, open all year and open to guests of all ages.
Is there a fitness centre?
Yes. A fitness room is available to guests, along with a hot tub and a terrace with sun loungers.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
Yes. The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and the Deluxe Double or Twin Room both have a balcony with city views.
Do the rooms have a kitchen?
Yes. Every room and apartment has a private kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware and a dining table, plus a washing machine and dryer.
Are there rooms with a private bathroom?
Yes. All accommodations have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and free toiletries.
What is the Wi-Fi policy?
Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
How far is the property from Dubai International Airport?
Dubai International Airport is about 6 km away. Sharjah International Airport is about 30 km and Al Maktoum International Airport about 50 km.
How far is it to the centre of Dubai?
The property is in Mankhool, a central district next to Bur Dubai. Al Fahidi Metro Station is about 1.1 km away and Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai are about 7 km away.
Is the property suitable for families?
Yes. Family rooms and interconnecting rooms are available, children of all ages are welcome and kitchens make longer family stays easier. Children aged 13 and above are charged as adults.
Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are available on request for guests aged two and above at AED 100 per person per night, paid separately during the stay and subject to availability. Cribs are not available.
Are pets allowed and can I smoke?
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted indoors. The property is smoke-free with a designated smoking area outdoors.
